The Water Pump Aging Life Tester monitors pump aging by cycling power on and off over extended periods and intervals. Users can manually or automatically control power cycles via the touchscreen. The system features 5 side-by-side workstations, each with an independent 2/3-prong power socket. Control is managed through a PLC and touchscreen interface, supporting manual continuous cycling, periodic cycling, and intermittent cycling modes. The system automatically tracks both "power-on" and "power-off" durations. Each workstation includes a dedicated fixture connected via flexible hoses, along with individual switches and status indicator lights. The test bench is PLC-controlled with a touchscreen HMI. Key components are sourced from leading domestic and international brands, ensuring stable operation, reliability, and ease of use.

Conductor Resistance Fixture

This fixture is designed for use with a bridge to significantly reduce measurement errors. It features two interchangeable clamping heads and a pair of miniature terminal posts. The current terminals have a right-angled jaw design, ensuring excellent contact with the specimen and promoting uniform current distribution within the conductor core. This minimizes the impact of contact resistance on measurements. It is suitable for measuring the DC resistance of round wires, stranded wires, and sector-shaped conductors. It can also be used with the terminal posts to measure enameled wires of various gauges below 01mm.
